Easter Egg-Stravaganza

Pictures in the mall before visiting the Easter Bunny.  I just couldn't seem to get both kids looking at me at the same time, but they are cute nonetheless.

We enjoyed several egg hunts this year. One at church, one with my high school friends and their kids, one in our neighborhood, and one at Nana and Grandpa's on Easter Sunday. Our kids have been in a sugar high for about a week....and all this leftover candy isn't helping!

Thanks to Mom and Dad and the whole crew at DPCC who went all out for the kids this Easter!  Such a fun tradition!

The weekend before, we enjoyed an Egg Hunt with High School Friend's (minus Erin and kid's who were at Urgent Care due to a scooter crash)

The kids had a blast and stuffed themselves full of candy, pizza and brownies.  It is always fun to see our kids running around together like we did back in High School. 

Then it was on to our Neighborhood egg hunt the following day.  Over 1,000 eggs were hidden, and each child got their own stuffed animal.  Families were given a free gift certificate for a Take-n-Bake pizza shop in town.  It was amazing!  We met our good friends there and enjoyed a playdate back at our house afterward.

And of course, Nana and Grandpa had us over for Easter Dinner, complete with a surprise Egg hunt (as if we didn't have enough already:)!

and after all that candy, the Easter Bunny brought even more!  The Dentist is going to love having us as clients!  :)

No better way to start the day than with a sugar high!
